Dr. Hajoon Chun

Dr. Hajoon Chun is a maternal-fetal medicine specialist with more than 30 years of OB/GYN experience. He earned his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1991, completed residency at New York Downtown Hospital, and pursued a maternal-fetal medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Since 2001, Dr. Chun has served as Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, where he leads a department caring for thousands of patients each year and mentors residents in training. His annual practice volume includes more than 10,000 patient visits and over 600 amniocenteses, and his focus is the kind of complex, high-risk obstetrics that demands both volume and judgment.
