Jacqueline Freycinet

Jacqueline Freycinet is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Garden OB/GYN. With a background in family medicine, she brings a wide-lens approach to women's health — preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and the kind of lifestyle counseling that makes a real difference between visits.

She collaborates closely with the physicians and other providers at Garden, and patients see her for routine check-ups, women's health concerns, and the in-between issues that often need a clinician with broad training. Outside the office she has been active in community outreach — health fairs, workshops, and education on the value of preventive care.

Jacqueline is primarily based at Garden's Commack office and rotates to other Long Island and Queens locations.
