McKenzie Middlebrooks

McKenzie Middlebrooks is a Certified Nurse Midwife and board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who joined Garden OB/GYN to care for patients across pregnancy, birth, and beyond. She holds an MSN in Midwifery and Women's Health and is dual-credentialed — AMCB-certified as a CNM and NCC-certified as a WHNP-BC.

Her practice centers on the midwifery model of care: walking with patients through pregnancy and the postpartum period, listening carefully, and offering options that fit each family's values. She also provides routine gynecologic care — annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and well-woman visits — so patients have continuity of care across life stages.

Patients describe her as deeply present, patient with questions, and a steady presence in the delivery room. She rotates across Garden's NYC and Long Island offices.
